Approval & Instructions — Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return address and next steps.
Ship It Back — Securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund or Replacement — Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify for a return after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
