Veraness Warranty

VeraPen orders include a 1-year limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty also applies to VeraPen Pro when it becomes available on the Veraness store.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Product issues that prevent normal operation under normal use
• Manufacturing defects confirmed by our support review

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, misuse, or improper handling
• Water damage or exposure to liquids
• Normal wear, cosmetic marks, or scratches that do not affect function
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by use outside the product guidance

How to start a claim

1. Email veraness.com@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
3. Wait for our support team to review your claim and reply with next steps.

If your claim is approved, our support team will work with you on the appropriate resolution based on the issue, product availability, and order details.
