Is VeraPen a medical device?
No. VeraPen is sold as a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not replace professional medical care.
Who is VeraPen best for?
VeraPen may be useful for adults who want a portable recovery tool for everyday muscle relaxation routines, post-workout habits, desk breaks, travel, or at-home self-care.
Who should not use VeraPen?
Do not use VeraPen if you have a pacemaker, implanted electronic device, serious heart condition, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have been advised to avoid electrical stimulation. If you have a medical condition or persistent pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Where can I use it?
Use only on comfortable target areas such as the shoulders, back, arms, legs, and feet. Do not use on the head, front of the neck, chest, broken skin, irritated skin, numb areas, or directly over the spine.
How long should a session be?
Start with a short 5 minute session on the lowest comfortable setting. Many routines are 5 to 15 minutes depending on the area and comfort level. Stop immediately if the sensation feels painful, irritating, or unusual.
What does the pulse sensation feel like?
The sensation should feel controlled and comfortable. Start low and increase only as tolerated. Stronger is not always better; the goal is a simple, focused comfort routine.
What comes in the box?
Each order includes the VeraPen device, interchangeable massage heads, and a user manual.
How do shipping and tracking work?
