Track Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available.

How tracking works

Open your shipping confirmation email.
Click the tracking link from the carrier.
Allow 24 to 72 hours after shipment for the first tracking scans to appear.

If tracking has not updated

Carrier scans can be delayed during busy periods or while a package is moving between facilities. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, email veraness.com@gmail.com with your order number.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.
