This page explains how Veraness orders are processed, shipped, tracked, returned, and canceled. If you have an order-specific question, email veraness.com@gmail.com with your order number.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email when tracking is available.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Estimated delivery time: United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom typically average around 6 to 7 business days after shipment. Many European destinations typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary during busy periods, customs checks, or carrier delays.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated after several business days, visit Track Your Order or contact support.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.

Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at veraness.com@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. If an order has already started processing or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

30-day returns

Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless an item is excluded by policy or condition. Returned items should include the product, included accessories, and packaging when possible. Items showing misuse, damage, missing parts, or heavy wear may not qualify for a full refund.

How to request a return

  1. Email veraness.com@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us the product and reason for your return request.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may vary.
